
My settings are on a 5 minute break every 55 minutes. Then I get up, stretch a bit, drink a glass of water, stare out of the window. In case you're super busy with something and a break can't wait, then you can postpone the break for five or ten minutes, or even skip it. You can adjust the colour of the screen in any variation that takes your fancy, in case boring grey or bright green, as I have it, ain't to your liking. The App is free, Windows Users can use this one to take their regular break.

ReplyDeleteWhen I was working for the goverment this kind of software was standard. When I got a job a big multinational corporation and it was uurtje factuurtje (billing every minute) and this kind of software would make you the laughing stock of the business unit. But I still got it on my home computer.
ReplyDeleteUurtje factuurtje =) I work with a company, not yet a multinational cooperation, but maybe someday, where I advised the coworkers on this, and I think at least half installed this kind of sw on their PCs.
